INDIANAPOLIS - Junior Achievement recognized Indiana´s top talent at the Best and Brightest awards luncheon in September. The awards luncheon was hosted by Gerry Dick, host of the television program Inside Indiana Business. Each year judges select professionals ages 40 and under, in 10 industry categories ranging from accounting to technology, by their professional accomplishments and leadership qualities. Ryan D. Swadley for the third-consecutive year has been awarded top honors in the category of technology. Ryan is the CEO of Paladin, Inc. and the Vice President of Skycrest Growth Accelerators.

Ryan D. Swadley founded Paladin, a ten-year old award-winning digital communications company based in Indianapolis. Recently, Ryan partnered with John McNulty a veteran maverick in the consumer marketing world on a joint venture involving a patent-pending ROI measurement technology for retailers using video on the Internet. John McNulty is the former President of MacGregor Golf Worldwide and an advisory Board Member to Indiana´s Economic Development Corporation.

"It is a privilege and an honor to be part of a group of individuals that have accomplished so much in their professional lives. Just to have the opportunity to share the stage with them is a humbling experience. Being part of Indy´s Best and Brightest awards by Junior Achievement and sharing in this experience with others should make us all proud to call Indianapolis our home." said Ryan Swadley.

The winners were carefully selected by a committee of local business leaders from among 100 finalists in each category. The Best and Brightest Award is sponsored by KPMG LLP.
